This Agreement constitutes a legally enforceable contract between you and Pyrex Labs. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, in whole or in part, you are strictly prohibited from using this site, creating an account, or purchasing any products from us. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1. LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY (STRICT)
All products sold by Pyrex Labs, including but not limited to research peptides, biochemicals, and laboratory reagents, are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro (test tube or culture dish) studies only. These products are not intended, approved, or authorized for any other purpose.
1.1 Consumption Prohibited
Under no circumstances, express or implied, are these products intended for human or animal consumption, which includes but is not limited to ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any form of internal or external exposure for nutritional, therapeutic, diagnostic, or recreational purposes. These products are likewise prohibited for medical, veterinary, household, cosmetic, or food-related applications.
1.2 Buyer Qualification
By placing an order with Pyrex Labs, you warrant and represent that you are either:
A qualified researcher (e.g., principal investigator, laboratory technician, or graduate student) employed by or affiliated with a licensed research institution, university, pharmaceutical company, or biotechnology firm; or
An individual purchaser acting on behalf of such an institution with the express authority to acquire research compounds for legitimate, lawful laboratory studies.
Pyrex Labs reserves the right to request proof of institutional affiliation, research credentials, or end-user declarations before processing any order. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
1.3 FDA Status
You acknowledge and agree that none of the products sold on this website have been evaluated, tested, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other national or international regulatory body for safety, efficacy, purity, stability, or suitability for use in humans or animals. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
1.4 International Regulatory Compliance
If you are ordering from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your country may have its own regulatory framework governing the importation, possession, and use of research chemicals. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws. Pyrex Labs shall not be held liable for any customs seizures, fines, or legal penalties resulting from your failure to comply with such regulations.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT (21+)
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, create an account, or purchase any products from Pyrex Labs. By using this site, you represent, warrant, and affirm under penalty of policy violation that you meet this age requirement and that you possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding Agreement. Pyrex Labs reserves the right to request age verification documentation (such as a government-issued photo ID) prior to fulfilling any order. If it is discovered that a user under the age of 21 has provided false information to gain access or make a purchase, that user’s account will be immediately terminated, and no refunds will be issued for any pending or completed orders.
3. NO WARRANTIES & “AS-IS” SALES
3.1 As-Is and As-Available Basis
All products sold by Pyrex Labs are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pyrex Labs makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness, safety, stability, purity, or suitability of any compound for your specific research application or intended use.
3.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyrex Labs hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to:
The implied warranty of merchantability (fitness for ordinary commercial purposes)
The implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose (whether or not that purpose has been disclosed to us)
The implied warranty of non-infringement (that the products do not violate third-party rights)
Any warranty arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade
3.3 No Guarantee of Research Outcomes
Pyrex Labs does not warrant that any research conducted using our products will yield specific results, data, or conclusions. Any published studies, product descriptions, or third-party references are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in your laboratory environment.
3.4 Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Upon request, Pyrex Labs may provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from our quality control testing. Such documentation reflects the purity and identity of the product at the time of release from our facility and does not constitute a warranty that the product will remain stable or uncontaminated after shipment or under your storage conditions.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pyrex Labs, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website, your purchase of any product, or your handling, storage, or disposal of any compound obtained from us.
4.2 Specific Exclusions
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Pyrex Labs expressly disclaims liability for damages arising from:
The use, misuse, abuse, or accidental consumption of our research products
Unauthorized, negligent, or improper handling of experimental compounds (including but not limited to failure to use appropriate personal protective equipment, fume hoods, or temperature-controlled storage)
Any regulatory action, investigation, fine, seizure, or legal proceeding taken against the buyer or their institution due to violation of local, state, federal, or international laws
Any adverse health effects, injuries, illnesses, hospitalizations, or deaths resulting from exposure to our products
Any loss of research data, experimental failure, or damage to laboratory equipment caused by our products
4.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any portion of this limitation of liability unenforceable, the Buyer agrees that Pyrex Labs’ total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product that gave rise to the claim, regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
4.4 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge and agree that the prices and terms offered by Pyrex Labs are based upon the limitations of liability and disclaimers of warranties set forth in this Agreement. These provisions are a fundamental part of the bargain between you and Pyrex Labs.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & RESALE
The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement and are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban from our procurement system, forfeiture of any pending orders (without refund), and may subject the violator to legal action.
5.1 Misrepresentation of Identity or Intent
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Falsifying their name, institutional affiliation, research credentials, or shipping address
Misrepresenting their intended research use of the products (e.g., claiming laboratory research when the true intent is human or animal consumption)
Using false or stolen payment methods
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits or bans
5.2 Unauthorized Resale or Distribution
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, repackaging, redistributing, or transferring Pyrex Labs products to any third party for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial
Supplying Pyrex Labs products for human or veterinary use, including but not limited to bodybuilding, anti-aging clinics, veterinary practices, or direct-to-consumer supplement companies
Listing Pyrex Labs products on any third-party marketplace (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, or similar platforms)
5.3 Chemical Tampering
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Attempting to reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or modify the chemical structure or integrity of any compound
Deliberately adulterating, contaminating, or mislabeling Pyrex Labs products
Repackaging our products under a different brand name or label
5.4 Unlawful Use
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Using Pyrex Labs products in any manner that violates local, state, federal, or international laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Controlled Substances Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions
Importing or exporting Pyrex Labs products to countries where such compounds are classified as controlled substances, prescription-only medicines, or banned research chemicals
5.5 Consequences of Violation
Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, Pyrex Labs reserves the right to, without prior notice:
Immediately terminate all user accounts associated with the violator
Permanently ban the violator’s name, email addresses, shipping addresses, and payment methods from our procurement system
Cancel any pending or in-transit orders without refund
Report the violation to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Pursue civil or criminal legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law

6. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & COMPLIANCE
6.1 Buyer’s Responsibility for Local Laws
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer to determine, before placing any order, whether the specific products offered by Pyrex Labs are legal to import, possess, and use in their country, state, province, or local jurisdiction. Laws governing research chemicals, peptides, and laboratory compounds vary significantly between jurisdictions. Pyrex Labs makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the legal status of any product in any geographic location. By placing an order, you affirm that you have conducted your own due diligence and that your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Pyrex Labs shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, seizures, criminal charges, or other legal consequences resulting from your failure to comply with local laws.
6.2 Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss
Once a package containing Pyrex Labs products has been packed, sealed, and transferred to our designated common carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping partners), the risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction passes immediately and irrevocably to the buyer. Pyrex Labs is not responsible for:
Packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmation of carrier pickup
Packages that are damaged in transit due to mishandling by the carrier
Packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an error in the shipping information provided by the buyer
Packages that are refused by the buyer at the time of delivery
In the event that a package is returned to Pyrex Labs as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or refusal of delivery, the buyer may be responsible for all re-shipping fees. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused packages.
6.3 Customs, Seizure, and International Shipping
For international orders, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
The package will be subject to inspection, delay, or seizure by customs authorities in the destination country.
Pyrex Labs has no control over customs decisions, and we are not responsible for any regulatory seizures, holds, forfeitures, or destruction of shipments by customs or local law enforcement.
The buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges.
Pyrex Labs will not provide refunds, replacements, or store credits for shipments that are seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs for any reason, including but not limited to regulatory non-compliance, missing documentation, or suspicion of prohibited use.
Pyrex Labs will not provide false or misleading information on customs declaration forms. All packages will be accurately declared as “laboratory research samples” or equivalent, with the correct value and contents.
6.4 Shipping Address Accuracy
You are required to provide a complete, accurate, and verifiable shipping address at checkout. Pyrex Labs will not be held liable for non-delivery, misdelivery, or delivery delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses (including missing apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor numbers, or postal codes). If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be offered the option to pay for re-shipment. No refund will be issued for the original shipping charges.
6.5 Shipping Method & Tracking
Pyrex Labs will provide a tracking number for all orders once the package has been processed and handed off to the carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and to arrange for prompt receipt of the package. Pyrex Labs is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather, carrier strikes, holidays, customs holds, or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service, together with any associated agreements, policies, or disclaimers, shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or principles (including those that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction). The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
7.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction
Any legal action, suit, proceeding, arbitration, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, your purchase of any product, or any alleged breach hereof shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut. By using this website and purchasing products, you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or improper venue.
7.3 No Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class action lawsuit against Pyrex Labs.
7.4 Statute of Limitations
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary. Failure to file within that period will result in the claim being permanently barred.
8. REFUNDS & RETURNS (FINAL SALE)
8.1 All Sales Are Final
Due to the strict bio-security protocols, purity standards, and specialized storage requirements (including temperature control and light protection) necessary for research peptides and laboratory compounds, all sales are final. Pyrex Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incompatibility with research equipment, failure to achieve desired experimental results, or any other reason not expressly stated below.
8.2 No Return of Opened or Used Products
We cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, unsealed, removed from its original packaging, or otherwise compromised, as the integrity, purity, and identity of the compound cannot be verified once it has left our climate-controlled facility. Any attempt to return such products will be refused, and the shipment will be discarded at the buyer’s expense.
8.3 Damaged or Defective Products – 48-Hour Notification Window
If a product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or visibly compromised (e.g., vial cracked, cap loose, seal broken), you must notify Pyrex Labs within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp as recorded by the carrier. To be eligible for consideration, you must:
Email support@pyrexlabs.com with the subject line: “DAMAGED SHIPMENT – [Order Number]”
Include your full order number and the name associated with the purchase
Attach high-resolution, clearly lit, time-stamped photographs showing:
The damaged vial(s) or compromised container in its original sealed packaging
The inner protective packaging (foam inserts, bubble wrap, cooling materials)
The outer shipping box, including any visible damage, moisture, or leaks
The shipping label showing the tracking number
Resolution for Verified Damage:
Upon successful verification by our quality assurance team, Pyrex Labs will, at its sole discretion, provide either:
A one-time replacement shipment of the same product (subject to availability), or
A store credit equal to the original purchase price of the damaged item(s), valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Important Limitations:
Failure to notify Pyrex Labs within the 48-hour window will result in the automatic denial of any damage claim, and the sale will remain final.
Pyrex Labs does not offer monetary refunds for damaged products unless a replacement or store credit is impossible due to product discontinuation or other extraordinary circumstances.
Damage claims for products that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored by the buyer will not be honored.
8.4 Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect compound, wrong quantity, or incorrect concentration), you must follow the same 48-hour notification and photographic evidence procedure described above. Upon verification, Pyrex Labs will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
9.1 Ownership of Content
All content, materials, and information available on the Pyrex Labs website (https://pyrexlabs.com), including but not limited to text, product descriptions, specifications, articles, blog posts, research summaries, graphics, user interface designs, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and any other intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Pyrex Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Trademarks
The “Pyrex Labs” name, logo, taglines, product names, and any related designs or symbols are registered and/or common law trademarks of Pyrex Labs. You may not use, copy, reproduce, display, or distribute any of these trademarks without the prior written permission of Pyrex Labs. Any unauthorized use may violate trademark, copyright, privacy, and publicity laws.
9.3 Limited License for Website Access
Pyrex Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this website. This license does not include:
