REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

At Pyrex Labs, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance. Given the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds and the stringent bio-security protocols required for their handling, storage, and transport, all customers must carefully review the following policy before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the inherent risks of cross-contamination, degradation, and the specialized storage requirements (including precise temperature control and protection from light exposure) associated with our research peptides, Pyrex Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than those explicitly outlined below. Once a product has left our climate-controlled, secure facility, its purity, stability, and identity can no longer be guaranteed for resale or restocking. This policy protects both our laboratory standards and the safety of all researchers who rely on our products.


2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, compromised, or containing an incorrect compound, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp as provided by the carrier.

Required steps for resolution:

  • Send an email to support@pyrexlabs.com with the subject line: “DAMAGED/INCORRECT – [Order Number]”

  • Include your full order number and the name associated with the purchase.

  • Attach high-resolution, clearly lit photographs showing:

    • The damaged vial(s) or incorrect compound still sealed in its original packaging

    • The outer shipping box, including any visible damage or leaks

    • The inner protective packaging (e.g., foam inserts, bubble wrap, or cooling materials)

Resolution:
Upon verification by our quality assurance team, Pyrex Labs will, at its sole discretion, provide either:

  • one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost (subject to product availability), or

  • store credit equal to the original purchase price of the affected item(s), valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

*Note: Failure to notify Pyrex Labs within the 48-hour window or to provide adequate photographic evidence will result in denial of the claim, and the sale will remain final.*


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. Once our fulfillment team has generated a tracking number and the order status has been updated to “Shipped” or “Awaiting Carrier Pickup,” the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled. No exceptions will be made for cancellation requests received after this point.


4. SHIPPING & NON-DELIVERY

4.1 Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a complete, accurate, and verifiable shipping address at the time of checkout. Pyrex Labs will not be held liable for non-delivery, misdelivery, or delivery delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled addresses (including missing apartment numbers, suite numbers, or postal codes). If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the buyer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

4.2 Customs, Seizures, and International Orders
For international orders, Pyrex Labs is not responsible for any regulatory seizures, holds, inspections, or delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country. It is the buyer’s exclusive responsibility to:

  • Know and comply with their local laws regarding the importation, possession, and use of research compounds.

  • Pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • Understand that once a package enters the customs process, we have no control over its release or return.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for shipments seized, destroyed, or indefinitely delayed by customs.


5. REFUND METHOD

In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved by Pyrex Labs (for example, in cases of duplicate payment, accidental overcharge, or proven billing error where replacement or store credit is not feasible), the refund will be processed to the original payment method via Bankful. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times. Refunds will never be issued via alternative payment methods, wire transfers, or cash equivalents.
